Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-14 business days, as items ship directly from our fulfillment partners. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if my item doesn't fit or I want to return it?
We offer a hassle-free refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. See our full Return Policy for details, or just email us at hello@sukiboohoo.store and we'll sort it out.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If it's been more than 14 business days and you haven't heard anything, reach out and we'll chase it up for you.
Are your products actually tested on a real dog?
Yes. Every product is tested on Suki, our own Schipperke, before it goes in the store. If it doesn't hold up to her, it doesn't get sold.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and want to order, email us at hello@sukiboohoo.store and we'll see what we can do.
